SWOD - 185# (squatted to low for 190# to count)
WOD - 2:25,2:22,2:22, 2:22 @120#

My goals for today were Power Snatch 165+ and unbroken muscle ups. Both went pretty well. My runs held at or under 1:30 on all rounds, tried to push the last round and came in around 1:18ish? but really struggled on the last set of muscle ups.
