My legs hurt so bad I couldn’t jump, plus my banded bar muscle ups didn’t go very well today either
Well my left knee was giving me feedback before the workout so from the get go I planned on chalking today up as a "just work" day. Broke up the 1st round and tried to keep from stroking out. I should have pushed the double unders a little more in an effort to get a few more reps.
Last time = 402 reps....(I should have smashed this...)
