This one was tough. 103# thrusters. Rx time was 23 something.

Well that got spicy REALLY quick. Thrusters were really heavy right off the start. And doubles smoked the shoulders and lungs even faster.

Thrusters
8/2, 4/3/2, 4/4, 4/3, 3/3, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Double Unders
10, 16/4, 30, 40, 27/23, 30/20/10, 28/24/18, 23/38/19, 30/28/32, 22/26/17/25

Well, the double under numbers may be wrong but it went something like that. Lots of bending over with my elbows on my knees gasping for air.
