Wod: 8:29 @ 123... needed to link my cleans to keep up with Jason and I didn’t... legs felt heavy after the runs they were pretty sloppy.

WOD - 7:58 (175# power cleans)

As Courtney pointed out 175 is a little light, I should have used 185#....but I'm a wuss.
1st round, run felt good, 6 cleans ub, 6 burpees
2nd round, run noticeably slower, 4/2 cleans, 6 burpees
3rd round, run was a struggle, 4/2 cleans, 6 burpees

I couldn't maintain a faster pace on the runs...
