WOD - 15 muscle ups

I felt pretty good and basically paced the whole workout....should have picked up the pace a little and I could finish the muscle ups next time.

Wod: 3 banded bar mu, legs were heavy, I was tired.... not happy with performance but oh well

wod: 105 reps. my body was not responding this morning. Just needed to pick up the pace and keep moving.
