Tabata - 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat this for 8 rounds (4 minutes) at each station. Rest 1 minute while rotating between stations.

Workout is scored by the lowest number of reps completed at each station.

I have done these tabata style wods several times and know what I can "maintain" for the most part on each movement. So today I went with the single goal in mind of GO AS HARD AS I CAN for the first round and try to hang on to that pace. I knew that I would burn out and fail miserably, but I wanted to push myself and test myself mentally. I worked.....I fell apart on the BIKE which coincidentally was the first thing I started on.

BIKE - 14,8,7,6,6,6,6,6
Squats - 25,23,21,21,20,20,19,19
Pull Ups - 15,14,13,11,10,10,10,9
Push Ups - 20,17,16,14,12,12,10,9
Sit Ups - 14,13,12,12,12,12,12,12

That bike killed my legs and by the time I got to sit ups I was ready to puke. However I am happy that I forced myself to push out of the comfort zone and try to hold on to that pace.
