This was the worst workout day I've had in a long time!

SWOD: I really had a bad double under day! The 4th round I went through unbroken. I tripped on the first one of the 5th round. I should have gone unbroken for all 5. For the others I tripped up multiple times and didn't even finish! Pathetic!

WOD: I actually quit in the 21 set of toes to bar. Total puss!!! I went to the bathroom and washed my hands. Not sure why, just did. Sucked it up and finished. Took me 9 plus minutes. Should have been 6 min.

SWOD - Devin and I have it go, not a good day for either movement

WOD - 6:30 (T2B felt better than I expected after failing the SWOD)
