SWOD: felt really good on this! Worked up to 135 and probably should have gone to 155. Way too much left over.

WOD: Not the best workout time but felt good. All of the chest to bars felt beyond necessary! All of them were far beyond required. 9:44. Totally worried about form, not time!

Wod: 7:23 think I could have been sub 7 however the pull up bar was pretty full so had to be careful. 50 burpees straight through

WOD - 5:19

Got off work late and didn't have time to do the SWOD. On a side note, shaved 1:06 off of last time and felt like I could have pushed a little more.
