I used the 30# wall ball to flatten my face after throwing it into the air 60 times. I’m not really sure if it worked, however I did manage to mangle my glasses once or twice. Also pepperoni pizza for lunch does not improve your cardiovascular endurance. However oddly enough it does allow you to revisit the tastes of lunch during the workout. Needless to say I stopped a few times to savor it.
