Swod: up to 113 was gonna go to 123-133 but missed a few rounds off smashing the bar in my face
Wod: not happy with my score I’m just so terribly poor at body weight workouts 3+5pullups everything but my first run was slow

I really wanted 5 full rounds and ended up 14 squats short. Those runs got very slow which ate up all my time.
