Back Squat 4x10 @ 55% of 1rm


WOD

With a 2 minute window complete the following.

400 meter Run

MAX Clean & Jerks 135#/93#

Rest 2 minutes.

Repeat until 30 Clean & Jerks are completed.

Runs - 1:30,1:25,1:29,1:35,1:48
C&J - 7,8,7,7,1

Tried to run hard and hold that 1:30 pace but just couldn't hold it. Hamstrings, glutes, and lungs were fried by the 3rd round. Then after not getting that last clean and jerk on the 4th round I was pissed...so I basically threw a pity party and sandbagged my last run knowing I only had 1 rep left.

WOD - 21:57 did 300m runs and used the 93#

That was awful!!
