WOD - 18:58 (2 mile run)

I apologize everyone that got cheated out of an extra 800 meter run. I mistakenly posted 1.5 mile run instead of 2 mile run. Next time everyone will get to enjoy the whole run.

WOD - 24:45 used 153# for the first 20 back Squats, dropped to 133# for the last 20 reps.

That was awful!!
