I'm so bummed that I didn't get a chance to do this WOD today. However we might have found a new vehicle. The Griswalds may be getting a family truckster.

second time to get my hand stands down and i think i got the hang of it! pretty pumped haha

WOD:
228, i think i could have got more reps in but the sumo deadlift slowed me down alot because i wasn't doing the right form.
but it was my first time for those...so lessoned learned.
