Swod: 98,108,113,123x4 I think
Wod:
1. 15 thrusters all unbroken
2. Runs average 23-26 sec
3. tried to work on linking pull ups so started with 10 each round 5/5 was the goal couldn't maintain
4. 3 or 4 rounds unbroken

I was running out of time so I stopped after 4rds(aka 16min). On the last round of Doubles I went for MAX reps and got 110.
