I was surprised how much the row took out my legs for the lunges, and I’m sure the back squats before the WOD didn’t help.

I really wanted to get at least 1 muscle up on round 2, but the second row took a lot out of me. And V-ups were horrible on round 2. Lunges went about as good as they could...I just couldn't hold on to the dumbbells to finish that last set and breaking them up cost me some time.

Otherwise loved the workout and look forward to giving another go....just not anytime soon.
