Swod: worked up to 123 psyched myself out for high hang at that weight tho... it was weird

So....the burpees felt like death. And the whole time I just kept wishing that this workout was over. I should have grabbed some pennies to track my rounds because I'm not totally sure that I did 6 or 7 either way this workout got bad pretty quick.
