4 muscle ups unbroken each round
20 olsa finished each set under 35 seconds

Cleans felt really heavy, but despite that the jerks felt quick and snappy until the last one. Which felt like I had zero leg drive.

Muscle Ups felt good for once which is a surprise since lately they have been feeling off. OLSA were rough and my legs got tired very quickly. This resulted in me having to use the “toe grab” which is hate doing since it interrupts my breathing.
