WOD - 35:58 used 25# DB’s in place of HSPU

WOD - 18:26 (ran the first 400 with kiddos)
SWOD - 95,115,135,145x4

Went a little easy on the pull ups since I was trying to nurse the rip on my palm. Also the kids ran the first 400m with me. So I've some room to improve next time.

Wod: 28:08 w/ abmat for hspu ... not very happy with time BUT on a positive was able to link more pull-ups mid Wod than before

Extra: worked up to 93 then had to go only got 6 sets in
