6 Rounds, Each Round is 5 minutes.

*SPRINT through each round As FAST As Possible.

500 Meter Row

50 Single Unders

10 Burpees to 6" Target

Score each round seperately.

I subbed in the bike instead of rowing, and rode for .5 a mile. I hoped the distances would be very similar to rowing, but it was much quicker and hurt just as bad. Singles took a little getting used to. I tripped up the first 3 rounds then got the last 3 unbroken.
