Stomach was a little queezy before the workout which really didn't matter once we started. It felt like I had nothing on the cleans and the muscle ups were awful.

However my spirits were lifted up when we started bench press and Mike and Dave asked if I was still warming up when I had actually started my 4th set. Haha
