WOD - 29:05 this is about 2 minutes slower than last time, and I could definitely tell my food intake today was not awesome!

Well I was excited to give this workout a go...however after a long day at work my energy level towards the workout changed. The little back and forth messed my mindset up a little and I ended up breaking up things more than I wanted to do.

Still off PR pace by :45....got some work to do if I ever want to beat that time.
