ugh! I started off with what I did last time. 53,63,83,93,103,113(f)

53,63 felt great. 83 felt horrible and 93 was disgusting. I picked up 103, and held if for a second... Dropped it and deloaded.
I just didn't have it today. To early, and I was to tired to push myself. Period.
