Well today was one of those days were I felt really beat up and sore. So I went in with the mindset of just finish the workout and not really worry about my time or anyone elses. Pull ups got a little rough but those push ups really smoked my arms. Sit ups weren't very fast either with all of the ab work lately. The squats surprisingly felt good even though my legs hurt the worst going into the workout!

Missed my PR by over 2 minutes.
