That was an ego check. Thanks I needed it....HSPU got tough but GHD made me want to cry.

WOD - got 8 reps on the last round of clusters, I used a 25# plate and ab mat for strict hspu, then 73# for the clusters.

I'm not gonna lie the 73# felt heavy today
