Tyler was kind enough to text me this morning with uplifting words of encouragement. So I vowed to run my first lap just under his time....so I did. Came in at 1:23....then proceeded to wonder where my lungs went. Consequently each run afterwards I was treated to plenty of flem/slober whipping in the wind across my face like a Saint Bernard with his head hanging out a truck window. Good Times
