Extra - used 15# db for dl
Strict pull ups with 25# (should have went a little heavier)
SLRDL - 40# dbs
So my original plan was Heavy Grace at 205#. I started warming up and my back/hip wasn't feeling 205#. So I dropped down to 155# and let her rip. Quads and glutes were blown up very quickly...disappointed I didn't break 3 minutes.
