WOD - 29:49 rowed the first 1600m then ran the last two, my arms were dead coming off the rower so I ran instead.

So I went into todays workout with the mindset of running the Mile as quickly as I could. Then each run following, push the pace as fast as I could. The runs actually felt really good, the push ups got tough really fast.

I used the rings with an abmat placed between them to hit depth each rep, and put feet on a 45# plate so that it was on a slight decline.

Lets take that coaches challenge and step it up a little more using rings. Wow did that suck! 27:40ish.

TWO DAYS STRAIGHT OF RUNNING!!!! HELLZ YEAH!!!

PS. Military style push ups are SCALED. Only Full ROM is considered RX'd.

Coaches Challenge:
Grab 3 25# plates, one under each hand, one under toes. Then place an abmat between your hands. Chest must touch the abmat and elbows must lockout at the top of each rep for the rep to count! ANY TAKERS???
