I modified the WOD with Jason, but since we just have the one bike I still rowed.

7 cal rower, 10 kb swings @ 55#, 10 ghd sit-ups

Last round got 17 burpees

To follow up Jason.... Jason challenged me to modify the WOD

7 cals on the bike
15 KB at 55#
15 GHD
10 burpees to target

Last round 12

GHDs took it out of me headache and dizzy ... that hurt!

So I modified the WOD just a little...

EMOTM x24
Bike 10 Cal, 15 KB Swings 70#, 15 GHDSU, 10 Burpees

19 burpees on the last round

The combination of Bike, GHD, and burpees was enough to make me nearly puke. It was awful....can't wait to do it again.
