Well that got spicy really quickly! Those GHD situps took their toll. Then I broke up the wall balls way more than I wanted to. Then the last set of GHD situps was very comparable to giving birth.....
And the last round of deadlifts felt like I was a mad cat or a dog pooping...zero core stability at that point of the workout.
