Wod: 10:55 ...don't know if I ever finished this before and I think I could have been sub 10 or closer to 10 but I tried Hspu the right way with plates and an ab mat but couldn't do them at the end of the workout so finished with 1 abmat. Also took a few seconds ripping grips off my hands and confusing that I had to do deadlifts prior to c2b

Extra - all sets with 35# plates.

I felt my grip was very fatigued on the pull ups. So I broke up everything and focused on short breaks....what do you know? I shaved a full minute off of my time from last year! On the EXTRA I really tried to focus on staying tight and not arching.
