Was on 400m run when capped so had 33 reps left.

WOD- My plan was to finish at the final 400 and I fell a little short of that. 45 reps left on the table. The runs felt good, like my foot is finally starting to heal up.

WOD - capped at 31 reps, my runs felt pretty good. I did sub horizontal rows for pull-ups per Jason. First run was 6:34 not sure what my second run was.

WOD - 20:09

Well that was fun. Intentionally "paced" my runs in an effort to keep them consistent each round. And broke up swings and pull ups in an effort to delay fatigue in my forearms as long as possible.

KBS - 33/20/10, 24/12/6, 14/7
Pull Ups - 20/16, 16/8, 12

I'm pretty positive these were my splits or at least close to. I went by how my arms felt versus actual set numbers....except on the last set of pull ups. I did not want to come off the bar.

Wod: completed 150m of the last 400m so I had 33 additional reps left. If I could have been better at pull ups that would have been a game changer. My first run was 5:15. Second run was 4:08. Felt okay with that.
