My goal was sub 1:40 runs, unbroken lunges, then force myself to move through the burpees quickly. Runs were as follows 1:29,1:29,1:33,1:31,1:31. All lunges unbroken and burpees done as "quick" as I wanted to. Good workout, and I'm glad it wasn't 100 degrees out!

Swod: worked up to 148
Wod: thanks to Todd, Devin, and Stafford I was peer pressured to wear a vest and use a #45 plate for this workout so I did. I finished each round with time to rest so I'll call it a win!!!!
