Reverse Tire Drags 4 x 50 meters  (rest as needed between drags)

Chins - 25,35,45x2
Tire Drags - 3 with Phil & Mike, then 4 with Jim at 7pm.

I did my HSPU against the med ball cabinet....it was a little shakey to say the least.
