Wod: cap + 102 RX let's make this a 25 min time cap next time !!!!! And my hands are completely tore up ugh!

Good Mornings & V-ups done 30/30. 2" band.

Rope climbs felt pretty good, however I blistered the bottom of my left foot sliding down the rope. Gotta love stupid shoes.
