WOD - 7:23 (did the first couple ring dips with no band, then failed and had to use the band for the rest.

410 PR On deadlift because Brian was making us do % off of 455...I'll take it!

2:10 on WOD. Had to drop on the 15's on the 11th ring dip. Also dropped at #7 on the 9's.
