SWOD - All rounds unbroken. Still fighting the chicken wing tho

Felt pretty good and happy about the SWOD. However the C&J slowly crushed my soul and I nearly missed the last jerk at 225#.

Swod: completed. T2b not linked.

Wod: cap +9. My shoulders are smoked from yesterday. I should have scaled the weight, but I didn't. I finished the last 3 c&j's @ 133 after time. Loaded 143 with success. Tried 153 and failed. Fun workout.
