Swod: up to 113
And 3 consecutive c2b every round but 1
Wod: 9:09 wanted under 9 but damn I struggled on last run and lunges

SWOD - went up to 73# felt a little off so stayed lighter. Linked each round of C2B and they actually felt pretty good.

WOD - 12:04 runs felt pretty good, that last round of lunges got my shoulders and had to break up twice!

Endurance - completed but not sure the time

swod: worked up to 93# felt good. Robin corrected a big part of my snatch. imagine that - it felt so much better, and was easier.
CTB - felt great as singles. if I linked them it was 1 ctb 1 pu.

wod: 12:37 (running wod under the time cap) Its a win in my booK!!!

Endurance: 16 minutes.

Garage WOD
SWOD: 63# on all rounds/ subbed 5 strug pull-ups for C2B

WOD: 10:18, subbed 800m assault bike for 400m run. Legs weren't happy with that.
