WOD - 8:14...a minute slower than last time, burpees were slower than I wanted.

felt so good....should have gone for some max effort.

wod: 9:00 subs singles for du's....because du's SUCK!!!!!

Endurance: 6 rounds. 2:12,2:11,2:17,2:11,2:14,2:04. Wasn't sure how this was going to go. Didn't want to push so hard that I had nothing after first round...but should have pushed a bit harder. I just hate running! The end.

WOD - 5:15 New PR

Squat felt heavy but pretty good...not sure I could go much heavier though. Press was the same 165 felt damn near a max.

WOD felt pretty good, paced the first round somewhat. Then tried to speed up on the last two rounds. Everything was unbroken so the only room for improvement is to speed up the burpees....

Press: last was 108
Wod: 6:07... wanted under 6 but tripped up a few times on doubles ... classic
