I went unbroken on every set of doubles until the last round...tripped twice, then sped through the last 20 doubles as fast as possible. Overall felt pretty good and feels like shoulder is getting some stability back on the heavy overheads!

Wod: last two @ 143/ fab doubles all the way thru up until it counted ... 72 du ... tripped at 52 and took me four try's to restart WTF haha
