WOD - 16:0, started on the row with Casara and Sheree

SWOD
Supine Bar Rows....that was harder than expected.
DB Bench - stayed with 50s, should have used the 70# kbs

That workout was about as sucky as I thought it was gonna be...ALL the CARDIO!

WOD: 19:17 RX, started on the row instead of run. That hurt my soul.

SWOD: not good at the supine rows.. 20/25/20 on BB bench
