I didn't do the back squats bc thus took 28 something minutes. People waiting on me to finish. Singles were just way too slow.

WOD: 19:38, subbed C2B for MU. Pretty sure it took me almost 2:00 for my first set of singles. Not the prettiest

Wod: 43:57 I think ... banded bar muscle ups and it was awful running man singles because two footed singles I cld do one at a time ... such a fun workout .. NOT

The singles were not fun, but the banded bar muscle ups were even worse!!

After the workout I totally sandbagged the Back Squats....well because I was tired and not enough time. Singles went well...only tripped once on the first round. Muscle Ups weren't too bad broke them up 6/5/5/4, 5/5/5, 5/5, and wore gymnastic grips in an effort to keep from ripping my hands.
