SWOD - 210#
WOD - 125# each round was just under 40 seconds

Snatches felt pretty good and I was surprised to hit 210# considering I haven't attempted anything over 185# since the Open, 3 months ago.

SWOD - went up to 93#

swod: worked up to 93#. Haven't snatched that since the Open. Wasn't quite as pretty.

wod: 60% would have been 55, went ahead and did wod at 63#
