Cleans felt good today, that 133# felt good and like I could have done a little more.

WOD - 5+2 Wall Balls
Last time we did this WOD I got 5+9 WB so my goal was to at least get 5 rounds.

Swod: worked up to 168 and it felt so good; pretty frustrated I didn't keep going just to see where I was at it's been too long since I have maxed on a clean so it was hard to know what number to go for

Legs were really tired after the first couple of rounds. Then shoulders got blown up quickly from having to throw harder.
