WOD - capped got 53 burpee over barbell
SWOD - did the ab rollouts on knees

Started doing my snatches a different way and they got to wild so switched back to my old way and went much smoother, but still took me to long on them. Row wasn't bad made up ground, and just tried not to stop moving on the burpees.

WOD - 18 muscle ups
SWOD - Taps on wall, roll outs from knees

Today was literally a "just get it done" type of day. The last couple of days...maybe a little longer (Robin doesn't know) have been a struggle to push myself. Just not feeling 100%, anyways having Josh doing snatches in front of me helped to not puss out. I just tried to keep a steady pace, turned out pretty good.

Wod: got to the muscle ups at 16:18
Cap + 5 bb mu

Swod: skipped taps ... sholdures still hurt
Did 30 ab roll outs just not in 3 sets of 10 lol

WOD: Capped @ 1 C2B

Snatches felt good but they still took me a little over 6 minutes. The row was SLOW but I hovered between 800-900. The burpees damn near killed me. I had 10 seconds left to run and get a C2B.
