DEATH by 10 METERS

WOD

Start with 2 cones set 10 meters apart.

1st minute sprint 10 meters, 2nd minute sprint 20 meters....continue until you can no longer complete the required sprint within 1 minute.

Last done on 8/19/15.

 

SWOD

Press 10,5,5,5,5

Back Squat 10,5,5,5,5

WOD: 14 rounds

SWOD: 83 press/ 153x10, 163 on sets of 5. Definitely could've pushed harder on the SWOD, but wrist wasn't able to support the weight. Oh well!

Did this one at home, and I think I measured wrong. The boys kept moving my "cones"

Swod
Press - 75,115,135,145,155(4)
Squats - 185,225,255,285, 305

My shoes kept rolling under on my turns during the shuttles. So I took them off and ran barefoot. On the fourteenth round a blister on my right foot gave loose and left foot began to develop a blister. So I stopped put my shoes back on and limped through one more round.

SWOD felt great goal was 155 on press and struggled on my last rep. However goal on squats was 300 and 305 felt pretty good.
