SWOD: did Isabel instead at 115 with the last 15 full squat.
WOD: 6:40ish. DUs unbroken. All felt good. All sit-ups felt good and went unbroken. For some reason it was just really slow.

SWOD - I ended up hook griping the barbell since my forearms were trashed.
WOD - 4:44 (New PR by 3 seconds...I think.)

Then I decided to try the Squat Clean Pyramid from the Games and Challenge Kara Webb's time. Let's just say that was not the smartest decision that I've ever made....she beat me but not by much 5:17-5:38.

So naturally when Kyle walked in I asked him if he wanted to give it a go. And in true Kyle fashion....he killed it.

Swod: done but also couldn't do 15 straight.. those suck
Wod: 5:59 RX 5 seconds shy of PR tripped twice so there we have it

swod: 3x15 broke up in sets of 5.

wod: stopped at about 12 minutes when I was on number 29 DU of the 40s and my arm started looking like hamburger meat. Apparently I can't accept the fact that I will never get this DU thing.
So, I finished all situp on GHD.
