Oh my god that was heavy!!! This was another WOD I should have swallowed my pride and scaled. 135 is a much better weight. 155 is bad enough I didn't even do the front squats. Total failure.

WOD: 19:55 RX, Runs felt pretty decent, I just couldn't hang on to the bar during the cleans! Honestly, didn't think I'd finish under the cap, so that's a plus. I mean, I about passed out and was seeing double for about 10:00 after, but I finished!
