400 meter Run

20 Box Jumps 24"/20"

20 Burpees

20 Jumping Squats (full squat then jump to 12" target)

That was rough, my legs felt like the weighed a ton on the box jumps.

Last time I did this was 21:08...so after a ton of legwork this week I'll take it. Although truthfully I was shooting for sub 20. I threw the wb to the support beam roughly 11ft.

WOD: 22:39. First run in a long time of letting my foot heal. First lap in 1:36 without too much trouble. Slow and steady all the way through this WOD. Went well.

Wod: 27/28 ish minutes. Sub goblet squats for wallballs. This was rough!
