WOD: 166 RX. Probably rested a little more than I should have on the lower weights to try to save the shoulders. Really focused on not missing any reps.

I had a good pace on the burpees but rested too long on the 135# and 165# snatches.

In 2013 I did this workout twice. 1st attempt 150 reps, second attempt 152 reps.

Got 100# on the bar and had about 10 seconds, pulled the bar up and dropped it.
