EMOTM up to 15 minutes max.

1st minute 1 T2B

2nd minute 2 T2B....

*If you fail to complete the given T2B in a set then substitute V-Ups and finish the remaining rounds with them.

Rest 2 minutes, Then EMOTM x8

1) Med Ball Russian Twists

2) Med Ball Sit Ups

*Each minute is 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest.

Twists - 40
Sit Ups - 16

Toes to Bar got really rough, got to 5 in the 12's and just couldn't hold on to the bar. I could have maybe got a couple more twists but not by much and the sit ups I think the hardest part was just trying to hold the ball after all the T2B. Arms were on FIRE!!!

Toes to Bar got really rough on the last two rounds. I could have maybe got a couple more twists but not by much and the sit ups definitely shoot for at least 21 next time. Abs and chest were on FIRE!!!

Swod: 8 t2b before v-ups.
Wod: shoulder was hurting horribly with the med ball. Ended up doing without the med ball.
